Daycare for dogs and cats.

Every pet starts with a hello visit. Then choose a drop-in day, regular days or a quiet care plan.

Step one

Hello visit

Where everyone starts

A hello visit is a short, relaxed first visit. You bring your dog or cat to Fern Court, meet the team and stay for a while as your pet sniffs around, finds the toys or, for most cats, the highest shelf in the room.

  • Every dog and cat new to PurfectPaws
  • Pets coming back after a long break
  • Owners who want to see the rooms first

Step two, option 1

Drop-in day

For the busy days

A drop-in day is for the busy days: a long meeting, a day in the office or plans that don’t include your pet. Drop off in the morning and collect them in the evening.

  • Pets who have had a hello visit
  • The odd busy day in your week
  • Owners whose schedule changes week to week

Step two, option 2

Regular days

Same days each week

Regular days suit pets who come to daycare most weeks. Choosing the same days helps them settle into a rhythm, and it helps us plan their groups, their quiet time and their naps around them.

  • Pets who come most weeks
  • Owners with a steady weekly routine
  • Pets who like knowing what’s coming

Step two, option 3

Quiet care plan

Shy, older or easily tired

A quiet care plan is for pets who prefer a slower day: shy dogs, older dogs who tire easily, cats who like company but not commotion, or any pet who does better with fewer friends and more rest.

  • Shy or nervous dogs and cats
  • Older pets who tire easily
  • Pets who prefer people to other animals

Side by side.

Not sure which suits your pet? Here’s how the four compare.

Two rooms, so everyone’s happy.

Dogs and cats spend their days apart. Whichever option you choose, your pet gets the room that suits them.

The dog room

Play in small groups matched by size and energy, a garden for sniffing, and a separate nap room so busy dogs actually rest.

The cat room

A calm room of their own, away from the dogs, with shelves, hiding spots, sunny windows and carers who let cats come to them.
